Because may be some of your employee wants to be like you and follow you in every single little things, so your little mistakes of being liar can ruin your image in front of him.
3. DELEGATE - You should know when to leave your employees alone, resist the temptation to micromanage. It's really important to give your employees time and space so that they can perform easily with the fresh mind. You should make them free for sometime so they don't feel any work pressure and do their work peacefully but yes you have to make sure that your employees are sincere about their work, so you no need to worry about the completion of your work or face any kind of difficulties or loss in future.

6. ALIGN THE TEAM - Every organisation wants a long term goal and earn a big name, fame and profit, so keep the entire team focused, and aligned towards one long term goal.
